This has been reaching many eyes on Pinterest, and I have to say it deserves it. Urban Seed is an award-winning senior thesis created by Caroline Morris while attending Auburn University. Her hypothetical non-profit is inspiring a new generation to build relationships with healthy food, farming, and the land.
The Field-to-Fork event is aimed at spreading the ideals of Urban Seed by raising funds, creating awareness, all while providing a genuine dining experience at the farm itself.
